Oxford Properties develops, builds and manages its own communities with materials, workmanship and attention to detail that are significantly above industry standard. They approached see see eye for help creating a brochure to clearly differentiate themselves from others in the industry. We wrote, designed and produced the 9" by 12" brochure, which included a back pocket to hold information sheets and cutouts for a business card.
