OFFICIAL RULES:

1. OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is necessary. Game is open to all registered attendees of the 2001 NIRI National Conference; contestants must be over the age of 18. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Participants must provide valid email address.

The Annual Report Survivor Game presents the opportunity to win a prize with a retail value at or less than $2,500.00 (US$). All entries will be combined as gathered from the Annual Report Survivor Promotional Web site and at the 2001 NIRI National Conference and the Game will be administered based on the combined entries. see see eye reserves the right to substitute $2,500 (US$) cash in lieu of the prize won.

The see see eye Annual Report Survivor Game is offered only in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents who are at least 18 years old and active NIRI members registered to attend the 2001 NIRI National Conference in accordance with section 5 of these rules. Employees and directors of see see eye and their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of see see eye which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law.


2. ENTRY
There are two ways to enter -the Internet Method and the Walk-up Method:

(a) Internet Method: To enter by Internet, visit the see see eye Annual Report Survivor Web site and follow the links to the registration form hosted by see see eye and complete the sign-up form for the Game entry by filling out your email address and other necessary information as required. Unless otherwise advised by see see eye, any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void.

A contestant cannot exceed a maximum of one entry per week throughout the duration of the Game. Any entries in excess of one per week will not be credited. Internet entries may be received beginning the week of April 30, 2001 and ending the week of June 4, 2001. All Internet entries must be received on or before 5:00 PM EDT on Friday, June 8, 2001.

(b) Walk-up Method: Attendees at the 2001 NIRI National Conference may register by completing the sign-up form for the Game entry available at the see see eye booth #609, or by simply supplying a current business card to any see see eye employee present at booth #609. Unless otherwise advised by see see eye, any other attempt at Walk-up entry is void.

A contestant cannot exceed a maximum of one entry per day throughout the duration of the 2001 NIRI National Convention, beginning on Sunday, June 10, 2001 and ending on Tuesday, June 12, 2001. All Walk-up entries must be received on or before 2:45 PM EDT on Tuesday, June 12, 2001.

LIMIT 9 (NINE) TOTAL ENTRIES PER PERSON BY ANY METHOD OR COMBINATION OF ENTRY METHODS.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Walk-up entries, or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention.


3. DRAWING
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Walk-up and Internet entries received. Drawing will be conducted by see see eye at the 2001 NIRI National Conference on Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at 3:00 PM EDT. By entering the Game, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Game.

Internet entries must be received during the Promotional period and all Walk-up entries must be received during the Promotional period to be eligible. In the event of a discrepancy over the timing of the submission of an entry, the decision of see see eye will be final.


4. PRIZE/ODDS
The Game winner will receive a Travel certificate valued at $2,500.00 (US$) from the Carson Wagonlit travel agency. The prize certificate must be used within one calendar year from its issuance. The prize certificate may be used to purchase a pre-planned travel package from Carson Wagonlit, or applied toward the purchase of airfare, hotel accommodations and automobile rental for the destination of the Game winner's choice. The prize certificate redemption must include airfare.

Any costs associated with the purchase of a pre-planned travel package or any other travel arrangements through Carson Wagonlit that exceed the prize certificate value of $2,500.00 (US$) are solely the responsibility of the Game winner.

Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at see see eye's discretion or as otherwise provided herein. see see eye reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Odds of being selected as the Game winner for the prize package listed above depend on the total number of Game participants. Based on a hypothetical attendance of 2000 registered NIRI attendees, odds or winning would be no greater than 1 in 18,000.


5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Limit one prize per Game. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, address (city and state), likeness and any statements made by the winner regarding the Promotion for advertising and Promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of see see eye and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless see see eye, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Game-related activity, or participation in this Game. Void where prohibited.

see see eye reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to tamper with, or attempt to influence the odds of winning, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Game at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

see see eye will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.


6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
see see eye and its promotional, fulfillment and advertising agencies involved in this Promotion are not responsible for computer system, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, program malfunctions or other errors, Web site, Internet, or ISP availability, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or lost or unavailable network connections that are human or technical in nature which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In such cases, Entrants who do not comply with the Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way, shall be disqualified. In no event shall the maximum liability of the Sponsor of this Game exceed $2500.00 (US$).


7. DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Atlanta, Georgia having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the substantive and procedural laws of the State of Georgia without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.


8. GAME WINNER INFORMATION
For the name of the winner of the Game prize, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by July 15th, 2001 to: see see eye - Annual Report Survivor Game Winner, 3391 Peachtree Rd. NE, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30326. For Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "OFFICIAL RULES" for receipt by July 31st, 2001.
