Gillian Mauldin
Graphic Designer

Gillian joined see see eye in 2006 after internships with Pentagram in New York City and Unboundary (formerly EAI) in Atlanta. She brings with her a rich and varied background that includes experience in graphic design, writing and photography as well as fluency in the Spanish language.

In her position with see see eye, Gillian designs print and online communications for clients such as Acuity Brands, Align Technologies, Cousins Properties and CVS Corporation. A poster designed by Gillian for a breast cancer benefit was recently selected for inclusion in CMYK Magazine, a quarterly publication of top-level, jury-selected graduate work in advertising, design, photography and illustration.

Gillian is an Atlanta native, though her travels have taken her as far away as Uruguay and Argentina. In Uruguay, Gillian studied Graphic Design on a post-graduate scholarship – one of only two awarded by Rotary International in the state of Georgia – at Universidad ORT in Montevideo. Following her studies in Uruguay, Gillian completed graduate work in Graphic Design at Portfolio Center in Atlanta. Prior to attending Universidad ORT, Gillian earned Bachelors of Arts degrees in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Georgia, with a minor concentration in Photojournalism.

Gillian is an alumna of UGA’s honors program and graduated magna cum laude from the university. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest and largest academic honor society, as well as the Atlanta chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts. In her spare time, Gillian enjoys playing soccer, writing, photography and volunteering as an English as a Second Language teacher.
