ATLANTA, GA – August 1, 2008 – see see eye, a graphic design firm that specializes in developing annual reports and corporate communications, has hired Jennifer Peake as a Graphic Designer.
Originally from Oyster Bay, New York, Jennifer received a bachelor of science in communications from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. After moving to the New York metropolitan area, she handled merchandising for barnesandnoble.com, oversaw e-commerce development for epicurious.com, a Condé Nast Publications' site, and was a Senior Publicist for Simon & Schuster Publishers.
In 2002, Jennifer moved to Atlanta and became a project manager and later a designer with Bella Cucina Artful Food, an Atlanta-based award-winning product line of Italian specialty foods. She edited and oversaw creation of the company’s cookbook and designed and marketed materials for the wholesale and retail divisions. Jennifer also spent time as a marketing consultant working with companies in the specialty food and gift industries on branding, new-product development and creation of marketing collateral.
She most recently completed graduate studies in graphic design at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jennifer is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Atlanta Printmakers Society. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, three beagles and two cats. She is active in her community garden and the East Atlanta Kids Club.
